1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the kb77 website accessible at https://kb77.im, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered a kb77 account and whose registration has been accepted by the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Member's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Member's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed and settled before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the identity and payment verification process that the Platform may require a Member to complete before processing withdrawals or approving large transactions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the kb77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds in that account will be forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing kb77 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any funds associated with the duplicate account may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any account opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed at the Platform's discretion.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of kb77 or its affiliated entities.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied and that the information you have provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3 Account Management

Your kb77 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. kb77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from kb77 should be treated as fraudulent.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the Platform immediately by contacting [email protected]. kb77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

The Platform reserves the right to perform identity verification checks on any account at any time, including but not limited to requests for government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts that have been inactive — defined as having no login or transaction activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳500 per month to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will remain available to the Member upon reactivation and successful verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

The kb77 Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier and will be communicated to the Member at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. kb77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• kb77 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kb77 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made via card are subject to the card network's standard fraud prevention processes. In certain circumstances, additional verification may be required before the deposit is credited.
• If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify the Platform immediately and must not wager any portion of the erroneously credited amount. kb77 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All transactions on the kb77 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, with conversion handled by the relevant payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of 15 to 60 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed against a balance that includes Bonus Funds.
• kb77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests that are found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions will be refused, and the account will be referred for further investigation.

kb77 will not be held liable for any delay in the receipt of withdrawal funds caused by the Member's payment provider, bank processing times, or any circumstance outside the Platform's direct control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

kb77 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus wagering, once wagering requirements are fully met, become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account automatically.
• kb77 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel bonuses already credited to an account if the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
• Members who hold multiple accounts, share payment methods, share IP addresses, or are found to be part of a coordinated bonus abuse scheme will have all associated bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonus offers are generally available to Bangladeshi-resident Members only unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity conducted on the kb77 Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn after the Member has received confirmation of placement, except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market.
• In the event that a market is suspended or voided due to technical issues, data feed errors, or incorrect odds publication, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to Members' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, game type, account tier, and time of day.
• kb77 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event or game session. Maximum payout limits are published within the relevant game or market interface.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time. kb77 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to temporary market suspension during live events.
• In sports betting, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Any subsequent changes to official results will be applied to settled bets only if made within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport rules.
• All casino game outcomes on certified titles are determined by independently audited random number generators. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Theoretical return-to-player rates for each certified game are available within the game's information panel.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kb77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one kb77 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with the Platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's betting or gaming interfaces in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or matched betting between related accounts.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. kb77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering guidelines and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access control feature of the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit.

9 Responsible Gaming

kb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for all Members. The Platform strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years and supports Members who wish to manage their gaming activity through a range of tools accessible directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their total funding activity on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits to cap the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During this period, the account cannot be accessed for betting or gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion removes access to the account for a minimum period of 6 months. Requests for self-exclusion should be sent to [email protected].

10 Privacy & Data

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kb77 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "kb77", the site logo, all text, graphics, user interface designs, software code, game assets licensed from third-party studios, and promotional materials, is the property of kb77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of kb77.

Game content, branding, and software from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content may constitute infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb77 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from interrupted access to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain a technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect scores, or erroneous game payouts subsequently voided under these Terms.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or consequential loss of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases where liability is not excluded, the Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination & Suspension

kb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Member's payment provider.
• Any circumstance in which the Platform determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, its Members, or third parties.

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their kb77 account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees and voiding of any Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that no active investigation is ongoing.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kb77 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending resolution of any outstanding financial dispute or investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree with the revised Terms, they should cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and kb77, the Member should in the first instance contact the Platform's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. The Platform aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
